We live the Spirituality of the Cross, that is, we follow Christ priest and victim who offered himself for the salvation of all. Impelled by the love the Holy Spirit has poured in our hearts, and exercising our baptismal priesthood, we constantly offer the Incarnate Word, Jesus, and we offer ourselves jointly with him.
LOVE
We strive to live in charity, without which our works would have no value, loving our brothers and sisters as Jesus loved them, and asking for the grace of being able to give our life as supreme expression of love for Him and for them.
PURITY
Chosen by Christ before the creation of the world, to be holy and immaculate in love (Ef 1, 3-7), and in order to resemble Jesus in his holy and sanctifying immolation, we ask the Holy Spirit, source of all purity, to communicate it to us through the cross, and to help us keep our being without blemish.
SACRIFICE
Following in the example of Jesus, and accepting his invitation: “whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself or herself, take up the cross, and follow in my steps”, and with great regard for the spirit of sacrifice, we hope to complete in us what is lacking in the passion of Christ, on behalf of his body the Church.
“Living the Spirituality of the Cross means loving to the extreme of giving one’s life for the salvation of humanity”
The characteristic way of living the Spirituality of the Cross is through the “Chain of Love”, and its symbol is the “Cross of the Apostolate”.
Incarnate Word Offering
Heavenly Father, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you your Son, the Incarnate Word, and I offer myself through Him, with Him and in Him, in accordance with all His intentions, and in union of all the creatures of the universe.
Jesus savior of humankind, save them.
